How to connect with an activation symbol.

Here is a guided connection meditation to help you connect further to the energy of Activation symbols.

Find a quiet and comfortable place when you can focus.

Ground ~

Ground your energy in a way that feels right for you. Or imagine a chord of energy starting at your Sacral Chakra and moving deep down into the Earth.

Connect visually ~

Bring your symbol to eye level and look at it. Notice all of the lines, shapes and points. Notice the conjunctions (where two lines meet). Then begin to soften your gaze and allow your eyes to rest upon the symbol as a whole. You may see lines or shapes stand out more than others. You may see your symbol begin to move. This is your cue to let you know you are connecting with your symbol beyond your vision.

Soften your symbol ~

Allow your symbol to soften. Imagine the lines becoming vapour or liquid light. Sense how that looks and feels for you.

Bring your symbol into your body ~

Imagine your soft liquid light symbol at the Crown of your head. Slowly lower your symbol down through you body and energy centers. Down through the Crown, third eye, throat, heart, Solar plexus, sacral, root, and feet. Allow it to scan through your body the first time you do this. The second time you bring your symbol through you are going to allow it to stop at whatever place feels right in the moment. Imagine your soft liquid light symbol moving down through your Crown, third eye, throat, heart, Solar plexus, sacral, root and feet. Allow it to naturally come to a stop at the place in your body that is calling it. 

Activate your symbol ~

Once your symbol has come to a stop it’s time to activate your symbol. Imagine the lines of your liquid light symbol starting to vibrate with energy. See sparks of light moving through your symbol. Notice how this feels in your body. Continue to breathe and allow a soft receptivity in your awareness. Your mind will chime in but it doesn’t need to. This is a felt experience. This goes beyond logic, beyond thought. Continue allowing your soft receptivity and notice any sensations that arise. Continue ‘running the light’ for as long as you feel is right for you.

Expand your symbol ~

Once you have completed running the light through your symbol. Visualise your symbol expanding outward until it is surrounding your whole physical body. Allow this liquid light symbol to dissolve and as it does so, imagine it showering down around your whole body. Cleansing and clearing your entire energy system, aura and light body. Then, like the rain, see the shower of liquid light energy flowing down into the Earth.
